Holy Smoke, a cow cheese infused with a smoky flavor
Dorothy’s Holy Smoke was co-developed with Rodolphe Lemeunier. An expert affineur acclaimed worldwide and winner of the “Best Craftmanship for Cheese” award. It’s no surprise that this collaboration gave birth to a splendid cheese. Holy Smoke has an extra-creamy texture and a bloomy orange rind. It is infused with a natural smoky flavor.

Dorothy’s are striving to share their best experiences in the form of cheeses. It was remembering cold winter nights, cozy in front of a blazing hearth, that Dorothy decided to find a way to share the fireplace’s warmth and feel in the way she knows best: by turning it into one more delicious cheese.
